What if my vehicle is not listed?
If your car is not currently listed as compatible on our website, please send us an email with the year, make, and model of your vehicle. Our design team is always working on expanding our product line to fit a wider range of vehicles, and we will keep you informed of any updates regarding your vehicle's compatibility.
How do I know if the seat covers will fit my vehicle?
To ensure a great fit for your vehicle, please visit our "Get Started" page and enter the year, make, and model of your car. Our website will show you if your car is fully compatible with our luxury seat covers. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our knowledgeable customer service team for assistance.
Will my heated/ventilated seats still work?
Yes, our seat covers are designed to work with your car's existing heating and ventilation system. Our perforated material allows for maximum breathability and air circulation, so you can enjoy a comfortable ride while protecting your seats from wear and tear.
Will these covers restrict my airbags?
No, our seat covers have undergone extensive testing to ensure full compliance with airbag deployment. You can rest assured that our covers will not interfere with the safety features of your vehicle.
What do I do if I am having fitment issues?
If you are having issues with the way your seat covers fit. Please email us a picture of the issues you are having as well as a description of the problem. We have installation technicians on standby waiting to help you with any questions you may have about the fitment.
What do I do if I have received the wrong size headrest?
If you have received the wrong size headrest, please email us a picture of the headrest covers side by side next to the actual headrest. This is to insure we get the correct size sent out right away. Please also provide your name and order number in the email.
What do I do if have received the wrong product?
If you have received the wrong product, please email us a picture of the product you received as well as the product your ordered. Please provide you name and order number as well. This will ensure that you get the correct product sent out right away.

How can I find out when my product will ship?

Do our covers work with a 60/40 split bench?
Yes, our seat covers are designed to work with a 60/40 split and are easy to install and remove. Simply undo a strip of Velcro to access the split and enjoy a great fit on your seats.
Will I still be able to use my cup holder/armrest in the back seat?
Yes, our seat covers are designed to accommodate your car's existing cup holders and armrests. The middle piece of the rear bench is removable by undoing two pieces of Velcro, so you can access the cup holder and armrest as needed.
Do we have covers for the armrests?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer covers for armrests. However, we are always looking to expand our product line and will keep you informed of any updates regarding additional accessories.
Do these covers work for a fold-down/jump seat?
Our seat covers are designed for the two front captain chairs and the rear bench and may not be compatible with fold-down or jump seats. Please check our product page or contact our customer service team for further information.
Do the seat covers fully surround the front seats?
Absolutely, our luxury seat covers provide complete coverage for the front seats, which is a rare feature to find at our competitive price point. Are the headrests fully surrounded by our seat covers?
Yes, the headrests are fully surrounded by our seat covers. We offer a wide range of sizes to ensure a nice, tight fit for full headrest coverage.
Are the seat covers a custom or universal fit?
It is in between universal and custom. There are 2 different sizes of the body of the front seat, 6 different sizes of headrests, and 2 different sizes of the back seat. As long as your vehicle is compatible on the website, you can expect the same fit as advertised in our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok videos. Check those out @seatcoversolutions.
Are our seat covers stain and/or water repellent?
Our seat covers are not only luxurious, but also practical with their advanced water and stain repellent technology. This ensures that all types of spills and stains can be easily cleaned up, protecting your vehicle seats from damage and extending their lifespan.

How much does shipping cost for an order?
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the lower 48 United States. However, if you are outside of this range an extra $100 will be charged for shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Due to the surplus of demand for our product after deciding to switch to selling online, our ship time is currently around 5 business days from the time of order. However, Shipping time varies based on stock and time of year. We are working as hard as we can to get this down and get you your order as fast as possible!
How can I track my order?
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number where you can watch your order all the way to your doorstep.
What locations do you ship to?
We currently only ship to customers in the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping range as soon as possible.

Where is our company located?
We are a USA-based company, located in Rogers, Minnesota. Our company is homegrown, and we are proud to serve our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
How long have we been established?
Our company was established in 2019 when our founder, Grant, locally installed seat covers in the Minnesota area. Over the next 4 years Grant has put in lots of hard work and effort to constantly improve the product to create the best semi-universal seat covers on the market.
Where are our covers manufactured?
As much as I hate to say it, we have to have them manufactured overseas. We got quotes to manufacture the covers in the US here, but we would have to downgrade the material and they wanted more to manufacture them than what we are charging for the covers.
What separates us from other seat covers?

How much do our seat covers cost?
Our seat covers are the most luxurious in their class for the price. Prices start at $249.99 for front seat covers and $169.99 for back seat covers. Also, If you would like to save $45, we offer a bundle of front and back seat covers for only $374.99, providing exceptional value and complete coverage for your vehicle's seats.
My order number looks like wzg0000000 and I paid $60, what's the deal?
I am afraid to break the news to you but you did not purchase the seat covers from us. Our order numbers start with a 1 or a 2. You would have seen seat cover solutions on the bank transaction. Our covers start at $249.99. There are a multitude of scam sites that are stealing our videos and photos and charging people less than what we pay to get the seat covers made. Do what you can to get that charge reversed because as I stated that is not an order number from our website.
Are you going to get the scammers taken down?
We are constantly working hard to provide a high-quality product and hate to see imposters taking people's money. We are in contact with multiple social media companies and legal teams to prevent this from happening to more people. Please report any account that is not ours promoting our product.
